Join this 2-hour hands-on workshop to understand how GenAI can boost your daily work. You’ll learn to map your needs, choose the right tools, and start building your personal business operating system with GenAI. You will need your computer and access to an LLM (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Mistral).

This session is designed for "non-techies" - curious minds who don’t want to fall behind and are ready to explore GenAI with confidence and common sense. No coding, no jargon. Just practical steps and clear examples that show how you can make GenAI work for you.

Together, we’ll look at how to design your own “GenAI dream team” — beginning with your goals, then identifying where GenAI can genuinely make a difference.

​

We’ll begin with a short introduction to GenAI — what it is, how it works, and how prompting shapes results. Then, you’ll experiment with a simple exercise using your preferred tool or one you choose for this session, like Claude, ChatGPT, Mistral (Gemini and Copilot).

​

The core of the workshop focuses on how to design your own Business Operating System—a simple way to map where GenAI can add value in your context, e.g., communication, planning, knowledge management, or creativity... The goal is not to use GenAI everywhere, but to use it *well*, in ways that save time, reduce overload, and improve the quality of your work.

​

We’ll also take time to reflect on responsible GenAI use. Use GenAI as a citizen, not an end user. Every tool comes with trade-offs — between efficiency and ethics, convenience and environmental cost, personal gain and social impact. You’ll explore how to keep high ethical, environmental, and societal awareness when adopting GenAI.

You’ll leave with a concrete first draft of your personal GenAI system and self-reflective questions to build on to continue experimenting safely and responsibly.
